We stand behind everything we sell. If something isn't right, we'll sort it out. Here's how returns and refunds work at Honey Badger.
The Honey Badger Promise
If your product arrives defective or damaged, we replace it — no questions asked. Just contact us with a photo of the issue and we'll ship a replacement immediately. That's our promise.
Standard Returns
Changed your mind? No hard feelings. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, provided:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
- You have your order confirmation or receipt
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@shophoneybadger.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions and a shipping address
- Ship the item back to us (customer pays return shipping)
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item for the refund to appear
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product)
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or product, return the original and place a new order.
