At Honey Badger, we want to get your gear to you as fast as possible. Here's what to expect when you place an order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (US only): 5–10 business days
- Free Shipping: On all orders over $50
- Orders under $50 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We're working on expanding internationally — stay tuned.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the notification.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery windows, occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume. If your order is significantly delayed, reach out to us and we'll look into it.
Lost or Damaged Packages
